Yes! There is a Tesla Wall-Connector in the garage, which provides up to 11.5 kW / 48 amp output. For Teslas, this means up about 25 – 44 miles of range per hour of charge (depending on your model). And if you don’t have a Tesla, you can still charge your electric vehicle with an adapter. Please contact me prior to your arrival if you need help with the adapter for your vehicle.

I will do my best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out. Please contact us in advance to request this. Otherwise, the unique keycode for your front door smart lock will start working at 4:00 PM on day of arrival and stop working at 10:00 AM on day of departure.

Yes! If you wish to have the pool heated for the duration of your stay, there is an additional charge of $50/night or $300/week. Please let me know at time of booking or at least one week prior to your arrival if you would like the pool heated. Pool heating is generally not necessary from May to September due to the hot temperatures which heat the pool naturally, but can still be provided if needed and desired.

Yes! The hot tub can be heated separately. Depending on the time of year, the additional heating charge will vary, but typically it will be $5 - $15 per hour of use.

Yes! I have a local property manager that can pick up items from the grocery store/Costco or any store prior to your arrival or during your stay. Please just let us know in advance. There is an additional fee for concierge services.

Per city regulation, the maximum occupancy is 2 guests per bedroom plus an additional 4 guests. So for my 4-bedroom home, the maximum occupancy is 12 guests.

My home has one king bed, two queen beds and three twin beds (two of which are part of a bunk bed). I also have one queen size and one twin size self-inflating air mattresses that are available upon request. There is also a Pack N’ Play (portable crib) available for use.

Yes! There is a Graco Pack ‘N Play (portable crib) available on-site for your little one. And there are a bunch of pool floaties and toys available for use. Adult supervision is required for any guests under 18 in or around the pool area.

Per HOA regulations and out of respect for our neighbors, large parties or events are not allowed at the property. If you keep it indoors and keep it low-key, you are welcome to invite guests to the house for a celebration. Please contact us if you have would like to invite additional guests to the home that are not staying the night.
