The backyard at Palms Place is where most guests spend the majority of their time — and once you see it, you'll understand why. The private heated pool is the centerpiece, surrounded by comfortable loungers and framed by unobstructed views of the Santa Rosa mountains. Whether you're cooling off on a 110-degree summer afternoon or taking a night swim under the stars, the pool is available exclusively for you and your group. Pool heating is available seasonally for an additional charge of $65 per night or $400 per week. From May through September, natural desert temperatures typically keeps the water warm without supplemental heating. The spa sits adjacent to the pool and can be heated independently, making it perfect for a soak after a long day at Coachella or a round of golf. Typical heating costs range from $5 to $15 per hour depending on the season.Beyond the pool, the backyard features a propane BBQ (propane provided) for grilling under the desert sky, a fire pit for cooler evenings with friends and family, and a cornhole set for some friendly competition. Loungers and seating are arranged for both socializing and relaxation, with sunset views of the mountains that guests consistently mention in their reviews.

A Fully Stocked Kitchen for Home-Cooked Meals
One of the biggest advantages of staying at a vacation home over a hotel is having a real kitchen — and at Palms Place, the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for anything from a quick breakfast before heading to the festival grounds to a full family dinner.
You'll find a complete set of cookware, baking dishes, utensils, knives, cutting boards, mixing bowls, and serving platters. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. We provide dish soap, sponges, paper towels, and trash bags so you don't have to make a supply run before you can even settle in.
The dining area seats your full group comfortably, making it easy to share meals together. Many guests tell us the fully equipped kitchen saves them hundreds of dollars in restaurant costs over a weekend stay — especially during Coachella and Stagecoach, when local restaurant prices surge.
Bedrooms
Comfortable Sleep for 8-12 Guests
Palms Place has five bedrooms and six permanent beds, with flexible sleeping arrangements that work for families, friend groups, and couples alike. Every bed features premium bedding and linens for a restful night's sleep after a day in the desert.
Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite): King bed with an en-suite bathroom. The most private room in the house, ideal for couples or anyone who wants their own space.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed. A comfortable, well-appointed room with plenty of closet space.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed. Mirrors the layout of Bedroom 2, making these two rooms a great pairing for couples traveling together.
Bedroom 4 (Kids/Flex Room): Three twin beds, including a bunk bed. Perfect for kids, teens, or friends who don't mind sharing a room.
Bedroom 5 (Bonus Room): A carpeted, empty room that provides flexible overflow sleeping space for larger groups. The room comes equipped with one queen-size and one twin-size self-inflating air mattress, making it easy to set up and break down as needed. This room is also where you'll find the Graco Pack 'N Play portable crib, making it an ideal nursery or quiet room for families with infants or toddlers.
Per Indio city regulation, maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
Bathrooms
Three Full Bathrooms, Fully Supplied
With three full bathrooms, there's no morning bottleneck — even with a full house of 12 guests. The primary suite has its own en-suite bathroom, and the remaining two bathrooms are shared between the other bedrooms and common areas.
Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A hair dryer is provided. We keep a starter supply of toilet paper and tissues so you're covered from the moment you arrive.
EV Charger
Tesla Wall Connector On-Site
Palms Place is one of the few vacation rentals in the Coachella Valley with a dedicated Tesla Wall Connector in the garage. The charger provides up to 11.5 kW and 48 amps of output, which translates to roughly 25 to 44 miles of range per hour of charge, depending on your Tesla model.
Don't drive a Tesla? No problem. The Wall Connector is compatible with other electric vehicles using a J1772 adapter. If you're unsure about compatibility or need help sourcing the right adapter for your vehicle, just reach out before your trip and we'll help you figure it out.
This is a complimentary amenity; there's no additional charge for EV charging during your stay.
