Indio sits at the east end of the Coachella Valley on Interstate 10. From almost anywhere in Southern California, the drive is I-10 east.

Drive times are typical outside rush hour and festival traffic. From I-10, exit Monroe Street and head south; the community entrance is on Monroe just past Highway 111.
Arriving
Indian Palms has a staffed entry gate. We register your name with the gate before arrival, so have ID handy and tell them you're a guest at Palms Place. From the gate it's a two-minute drive to the house.
Check-in
Contactless. Your smart-lock code activates at 4:00 PM on arrival day; no key pickup, no meeting anyone. Early arrival is often possible — ask ahead.
Parking
Private garage plus driveway, and a concrete pad beside the house for an RV, trailer, or oversized vehicle (no hookups). Let us know at booking if you're bringing a large vehicle so we can note it for the gate.
Driving an EV?
There's a Tesla Wall Connector in the garage (other EVs need their own J1772 adapter), and I-10 through the Coachella Valley has several Supercharger and fast-charging sites for the drive in.
